Mothers rejoice in who you really are.

Mother, Woman, Friend,

Sometimes Mothers day triggers feelings of inadequacy, guilt or sadness. Some of our mothers are gone and we feel loss, some of our families come to visit but we feel we have to work hard to serve them and end up missing the joy of the day, some of us crave to hear words that go unspoken, and some of us wish to see actions that go undone.
To make sure you have a great weekend where ever you are. First find some time to stop and write down all of the lies you are hearing in your head about yourselves, that negative chatter in your heads. This will leave you feeling not so good and possibly the lowest of low, therefore it is important to go back to the paper with a red pencil and write the truth to the lie. You know that there is a truth otherwise the lie could not be there. This will elevate your spirit, you will be able to feel love and peace and joy. While you feel this great get out some paper and write yourself a love letter. Include the answers to, what I love most about you, what I value about you, what I admire you most for, why I am glad you are here and thank you for being here.
Validate that truth. And make it a great day!
